This Pack adds that record and the work that hangs off it: clinical episodes, diagnostics, pharmacy and inpatient care, and the service side of a practice — grooming, training, boarding, daycare and transport — against the same animal.

Recall is configurable recurrence rather than a veterinary rule: it is triggered by completing or consuming an item, which is why the same mechanism works for a vaccination due date and for any other trade’s follow-up.
