Zaarks Business Management System
Most business software asks you to change how you work, then bills you for the privilege of waiting. Zaarks is configured, not coded — so the system fits the business on day one.
Currently onboarding a small group of customers with guided setup.
From nothing to working
Three steps. No implementation project, no consultants on site, no six-week discovery.
Country, industry, branches, the people who work there. Plain questions, plain answers.
The right spheres, fields, tax rules and vocabulary are assembled from governed packs — not written by hand for you.
Your team signs in to a system that already speaks your trade, in your country, with your structure.
The model
A business is not a list of software modules. It is a set of things people do, and the places they do them. Zaarks is organised the same way.
The result: fewer screens to learn, and nothing on them that belongs to somebody else's job.
A domain of work the business actually recognises — sales, care, stock, money, people. Departments adopt the spheres they need.
The surface a person works at inside a sphere: the desk, the counter, the till, the treatment room. What you see is what your role does.
What it runs
The core is one system. Packs extend it for a trade without forking it.
One record per customer across every branch, with the history that goes with it.
Appointments, jobs, schedules and the day-to-day work that pays the bills.
Products, services, stock movements and purchasing — counted where they actually sit.
Invoices, payments and accounting shaped by the country you operate in.
Staff, roles, designations, attendance and leave, scoped by branch.
Files attached to the thing they belong to, retrievable years later.
Change the structure of the business yourself: branches, departments, roles, packs, settings.
Who did what, when, and under which authority — recorded, not reconstructed.
Packs
A veterinary practice, a retailer and a law office need genuinely different things. Traditionally that means three products, or one product bent out of shape by consultants. Zaarks ships governed packs: the vocabulary, records, defaults and rules of a trade, installed as configuration.
Every customer runs on an isolated database. Not a shared table with a tenant column.
Operated from the EU by a German publisher, under DSGVO.
Permissions follow designation, branch and sphere — not a global admin switch.
Backed up continuously, with a tested restore path rather than an assumed one.
You do not need a year-long implementation to invoice a customer correctly. Zaarks is deliberately lighter, and honest about what it does not do.
Five tools that do not talk to each other become one system that does — without losing the detail you already keep.
Nothing you set up here is a dead end. Your customers, catalogue, documents and history are yours and they export cleanly — so growing into something larger is a migration, never a fresh start.
It costs nothing and it does not start a subscription. Look at the product, get your prices, keep your records in one place — and when you are ready to buy, we arrange that part with you.
Prices for Zaarks Booking are published in full. Zaarks BMS is quoted, because what it costs depends on what you run.
