What it is
A firm that sells its people’s time needs the engagement to be the thing everything hangs off: the hours, the expenses, the retainer it draws down, and what was actually delivered.
This Pack adds that shape to the system, so time recorded against an engagement reaches an invoice without being retyped, and a retainer shows what is left of it.

What it does not do
- Trust or client-money segregation. That is in the Legal Services Pack.
- It grants no permissions. Who may see and do what stays with your roles and designations.
- It owns no records of its own. A Pack contributes to the Apps that already hold your facts.
- It is not required. A Zaarks BMS Instance is already complete; a Pack specialises it.
What it costs
Priced on request. A Pack is quoted against the plan it is added to and the size of the business adding it, so a list rate here would be right for one buyer and wrong for the rest. No Pack carries a commercial SKU until its pricing is ratified; its identity is the Pack ID in the specifications below.
