What it is
A user is an active internal operator account — somebody who works inside the system. Your customers, your vendors and anyone using a portal are free and never consume a seat.
Add and remove is self-service and prorated. An invitation becomes billable only when it is accepted and the account is activated, and deactivating somebody stops future billing without deleting their records, their work or the audit trail behind it.
What it does not do
- A portal user. Those are free and are not bought here.
- It is not a plan upgrade. An add-on extends the plan you have rather than moving you to another one.
