What it is
A Business is a company you operate. Adding one gives it its own records inside the same account rather than forcing a second subscription.
An agency may not use this to place unrelated clients inside one allowance: every unrelated customer is separately subscribed and isolated.
What it does not do
- The group mechanics — ownership graphs, intercompany invoicing and consolidated reporting are in the Holding / Multi-Entity Pack.
- It is not a plan upgrade. An add-on extends the plan you have rather than moving you to another one.
