What it is
Enterprise is commercially custom, not technically bespoke. It may contract quantities, an add-on bundle and discount, support and SLA, onboarding and migration scope, security, compliance and data-residency controls, domains, continuity objectives, placement and procurement terms.
What it never authorises is customer-specific source code, a schema divergence, a migration fork, weaker laws or hidden data captivity. You are on the same product as everyone else, which is the reason it keeps working.
What it includes
- Everything in the Business Management System, on the same code
- Contracted quantities of users, storage, Businesses and locations
- Negotiated support and SLA, with Customer Success and Account Executive coverage
- Onboarding and migration scope agreed in advance
- Security, compliance and data-residency controls
- Dedicated cluster placement, as an explicit option
What it does not do
- A published price. Enterprise is agreed directly, and an amount here would make it self-service purchasable.
- Customer-specific source code, a schema fork or a bespoke migration path. Enterprise is a commercial shape, not a technical one.
- Dedicated placement by default. It is available, and it is never an automatic consequence.
