Zaarks Business Management System

Zaarks BMS is one system organised into Workspheres — broad domains of work, each with focused Workfaces inside it. Ten of them are universal and arrive with every plan. It is the thing most customers buy: the business, running, on an account that knows who did what and when.

Every plan includes all ten universal Workspheres. That is worth saying plainly because most business software does the opposite: it withholds capability to manufacture editions, so the plan you can afford is the plan that cannot do the thing you need. Zaarks plans differ on how many people work in the system, how much you store, what support you get and what discount your add-ons carry. They do not differ on what the software can do.

The plans come in two views — one for a person running the whole business, one for a team sharing a system. The view decides which ladder you see first and nothing else. Any business may buy any plan that fits it.

• Structured electronic invoicing. There is no XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, EN 16931 or Peppol output today, and none is claimed.
• GoBD conformance is not claimed. Posted journal entries are not yet immutable at the database level, there is no Z1/Z2/Z3 audit export, and no Verfahrensdokumentation ships with the product. What obligations apply to your business is yours to determine.
• No trial. Every Instance starts on Starter at no cost, for preparing it; live business operation requires a paid plan.
• Your own bookkeeper, tax adviser or lawyer. Zaarks gives no tax or legal advice.

Every variant includes all ten universal Workspheres. They differ on people, storage, support and your add-on discount — never on what the software can do. Which ladder you are shown first is a guide, not a restriction: any business may buy any plan that fits it.

Starter retention

Starter Instances are deleted after 30 days without sign-in; records required by law may remain in a sealed statutory archive for the required period.
